Waiting List –When it is difficult to coordinate your schedule with our current available appointments, we will ask you if you would like to be put on our Waiting List. Due to cancellations, we may be able to schedule an appointment that would be more convenient for you. Knowing it might be a 24hour notice but we would like to make sure we offer this service to all of our guests.
Cancellations– If you need to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is ideal. Also we have a 7 day policy that if you have any questions, concerns or you are unhappy with your service we want to make sure we take care of those questions, concerns and unhappiness in a timely manner. We dont not offer refunds on services we strive to make every guest happy.
