When it is difficult to coordinate your schedule with our current available appointments, we will ask you if you would like to be put on our Waiting List. Due to rescheduling, we may be able to schedule an appointment that would be more convenient for you. Please note that it may be 24 hour notice, but we would like to make sure we offer this service to all of our guests.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
JW Salon offers each client a 7 day policy to guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any questions, concerns or are unhappy with your service, please contact us as soon as possible we want to make sure we take care you in a timely manner.
We do not offer any refunds on services as we strive to make every guest happy.
